Terms of Sales

Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions govern all the punctual rentals made on the website They are an integral part of any contract between the owner and his customers. Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay. In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any client for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained on simple written request addressed to the owner.

Article 2 - Booking conditions

2.1 Prices and regulations

The price of stays is indicated in Euros, it includes the current charges (water, electricity), the supply of sheets, towels and kitchen and the departure cleaning service. The tourist tax must be paid when you check-in. All rentals are nominative and can not be assigned. The rental becomes effective after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the stay, paid by credit card on our website.

2.2 Modification of reservation

No reduction will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure.

2.3 Cancellation conditions

More than 30 days before the date of arrival: the refund of the deposit will be made.

Less than 30 days before the date of arrival, no refund of the deposit paid except in writing justified by photocopies of force majeure: certificate of hospitalization, death certificate.

Less than 7 days before the date of arrival, no refund of the deposit paid + payment of 30% additional except written justification by photocopies of force majeure: certificate of hospitalization, death certificate.

2.4 Balance

The balance is to be paid via our website by credit card or in cash to the owner upon arrival at the premises. Payment of the balance by check is not accepted.

2.5 Deposit

A deposit of 300 € (cash, check, credit card refund within 72 hours) covering the interior of the accommodation, furniture and outdoor facilities will be required. It will be refunded upon departure, minus any costs of restoration of the premises and the value of missing or damaged equipment.

2.6 Insurance

You must be insured in civil liability by your insurer for any accident or damage that may occur to you or your loved ones in the accommodation or outdoor facilities available to you. Customers will be required to present their insurance to the owner in the event of an incident or accident.

Failure to comply with this clause will result in the cancellation of the rental and the loss of the deposit paid.

2.7 Animals

Pets are not accepted. In case of non-compliance with this clause, the owner has the right to refuse access to the animal (s) in his property. The tenant having been informed about the contract, he will not be able to in any case to contest this clause and will take at his expenses the lodging of his animal near a specialized organization.

Article 3 - Conduct of the stay

3.1 Arrivals and departures

Arrival is done independently with a secure key box.

As a rule, the arrival will be from 2:00 pm. Late arrivals are possible.

Departures must take place before 10:30 am unless otherwise agreed in writing with the owner. We insist on respecting the agreed time.

As this rental was only granted on a seasonal basis, the tenant undertakes to leave the premises at the date and time stipulated in the contract. Any rental is registered, it can not be assigned and the tenant does not have the right to sublet.

Article 4. Supplies

Your rental has kitchen equipment, crockery, furniture and bedding. The quantity of this equipment is related to the number of persons stipulated in the contract, sheets and linen (towels, tea towels, etc.) are provided. For stays longer than 7 days, the tenant may request a change of sheets and linens included in the rental price.

Article 5. Obligations of the tenant

The tenant must behave as a good father and ensure the proper maintenance of the premises. The premises must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness at the departure (washing and storage of the dishes made, sweep, trash removed ...). A departure cleaning service is included in the rental price. The supply of this benefit is therefore included for a dwelling left in a normal state of rental use. We reserve the right to charge and deduct from the bond the extra hours of housework that would result from a manifestly abusive situation on this point.

The tenant must, before his departure, return all the pieces of furniture to the place where they were on his arrival.

Except with the prior written consent of the owner, the number of beds provided for in the contract can not be exceeded, and the provision of extra beds is not allowed. In the event of a breach of these rules, the landlord may terminate the lease and apply a proportional compensation (in this case it will be deducted from the security deposit).

Article 6. Nuisances

The owner can not be held responsible for irregularities and / or lack of enjoyment that may occur in the services of electricity, water, internet access and television, etc. and declines any responsibility for lack of enjoyment not coming from his fact.

Article 7. Photos

Photos and videos of the property can not be used or sold without the written consent of the owner.

Article 8. Noise pollution

For the respect of other guests and the neighborhood, forbid all meetings, outdoor games and noisy swimming after 22 hours.
